"Went straight in on a Friday afternoon for auto insurance with liability and road side assistance for my small 20 year old SUV. Max greeted me quickly and took me in to start. Unfortunately couldn’t get cover by State Farm themselves but luckily Dana stepped in and applied me for the subsidiary company that ended up assisting me just fine. While Max and I waited for a little bit, he asked a few meaningful questions and responded genuinely when I answered. Was a good Human component that wasn’t needed but certainly welcomed.
